How does it work?

If you have any item you would like to return, you can do so at the check out.

1. Choose a new product you would like to buy.

2. During check out trade in your item you would like to retunr. You will need to give information about the item and the condition it is in.

3. You will get your loyalty rebate right away at check out. 

4. We will send you a return label to send the item you wish to trade in.

5. Once we have received the item, depending on the condition we will either put it up in our marketplace as a second hand item or give it for further use.
